Cancellation Policy

If you are needing to cancel your appointment, please notify one of us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment

No Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for an appointment or fail to notify one of us 24 hours in advance, will be charged the full amount of the booked service

Running Late

If you are running late, please notify one of us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled
